Leticia Cline Biography

Leticia Ann Bjork was born on October 1st, 1978 in Cave City, Kentucky, home of the world's largest cave. Growing up with her sister Shannon and brother James, Leticia had ambitions of fame at a young age when she started riding motorcycles at age 4 and watching wrestling. Things weren't always peachy for Leticia, however, as she reportedly had a difficult relationship with her parents, whom she later said were racist. Once, she claimed to have struck her father during an argument, and she admitted to shoplifting years later.

Even with her initial difficulties, Leticia Cline caught the eyes of modeling agents and began modeling at the age of 14. Admirers were impressed with her look and her comfort in front of the camera, and after gaining some experience in the U.S., she moved to Tokyo for a year of runway work. She would soon come home to focus on her education and start her own family.

After returning to Kentucky, Leticia Cline found work as a waitress and a cave guide. In college, she took acting for fun and it became an interesting hobby. Even so, she was focused on her main education, which led to degrees in psychology and finance from the University of Kentucky in 2000. As a certified Public Accountant and a married woman, the now Mrs. Cline soon had a son, but her marriage ended and modeling came calling again.

With a MySpace profile showing off her assets, Leticia Cline landed some print modeling gigs and gained some hosting experience on the AMA circuit. This was enough to keep her going, but Leticia was craving something more exciting and high-profile. She found it when she received a phone call from TNA's Jess Ward, who had seen her on MySpace. Ward invited her to an audition in Orlando. The rest is history.

She and her parents reconnected and mended fences, with her father being very supportive of her move into the wrestling world.

With her work on TNA came new modeling gigs, with Maxim initially leading the way. As a finalist in Maxim's Hometown Hotties contest, Leticia Cline was featured prominently in their pages and on their Web site, but Hugh Hefner wanted to see what Leticia could do for him.

In September of 2007, Leticia Cline was featured as the cover model of Playboy's Sexy Girls Next Door, a crowning achievement for a small-town girl who had always grown up with stars in her eyes. A month later, she left TNA with a skeptical feeling about the future of the business, and bigger and better ideas for herself.

Now that more doors have opened for Leticia Cline, she wants to push harder to make her dreams come true, something that she regrets not doing sooner in life. Although she has had discussions about joining WWE, her main goal is to start her own extreme sports agency. Whichever of these prospects comes to fruition first, we don't know. What we do know is that Leticia Cline will do it with fun, talent and smarts, which is exactly what she's all about.
