Amy Weber Biography

Amy Weber was born July 17, 1972, in Peoria, Illinois. The small farm-town girl was always a risk taker while growing up, engaging in thrilling activities like motorcycle racing.

Wanting to add some more excitement to her life, Amy made her way to Los Angeles in pursuit of an acting career. As is the tradition with most aspiring actresses, Amy was immediately discovered by a modeling agent. As her modeling portfolio expanded with several ads and modeling gigs, television commercials were next in line for the Midwestern beauty.

Before the many television roles that Amy can claim, she was first seen in commercials for products such as Nestea and Miller Brewing Co. One of her first television roles was in the high school sitcom, Saved By The Bell (which launched the career of fellow beauty Tiffani Amber Thiessen). She then had a recurring role on the series Silk Stalkings in the mid '90s, as well as a role on L.A. Heat.

No aspiring actress can bypass a Spelling production, and thus Amy appeared in Melrose Place. She followed this up with roles in Jenny, USA High, Pacific Blue, The Young and the Restless, Baywatch, and City Guys. Proving her comedic talents, she even had a role in a Jay Leno sketch.

The model recently guest starred on 7th Heaven, had a cameo stint on Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye (with the sexy actress/singer Kari Wuhrer), and had a recurring role on Port Charles.

Amy has successfully made the transition to film, with a supporting role in Hunt for National Treasure, and lead roles in Scarlet Mirror, Games (a.k.a Forbidden Games), The Bet, Dr. Life, Art House (1998), Kolobos (1999), The Contract, and Starforce (2000). Amy was also assistant to the producer for the film Traveller.

Stretching her acting talents even further, Amy has starred in theatre productions of Reservations for Two, 110 in the Shade, Apocalyptic Butterflies, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and Grease.

As for her successful career as a bikini model, Amy has graced the cover of magazines such as Play.boy (Mexico), Bathing Beauties, Bikini Girls, American Swimwear, and Sports Scene.

Her passion for sports activities like horseback riding, gymnastics, kickboxing, rollerblading, dancing, and snowboarding help the beautiful Amy stay fit.

Amy will next be seen in the film Crackerjack 3, and she can still be seen in magazines and print ads worldwide
